I tucked the twilight
away in the drawer
of poems left unfinished.
Right there, where all
the things reside—
things
the night dares not forget.
I
tucked the twilight away in a drawer.
Upon
opening it, the darkness was ink,
dissolved
among all the words—
words
ignited across two skies,
where
all that is set ablaze is what truly matters.
